Yarra Valley historic hotel is now recruiting and they need a Sous Chef!  Live and work in a beautiful part of Victoria complete with open fires, country towns, local produce – is it calling you?   Assist the Head Chef and be part of this small team of this well loved and established business.

  • Have the qualifications and experience working in a supervisory role in a commercial kitchen
  • Love to WOW diners – we want you to embrace creativity, love what you create and have your food ooze deliciousness
  • Are flexible in their attitude and work hours as this role does include weekend and shift work
  • Can work quickly and efficiency yet maintain a positive attitude
  • Have a passion for food and an eye for detail
  • Know how to maintain high standards of cleanliness and proper food handling standards
