Our clients ideal candidate:

  • Has a passion for food, especially local, seasonal and nutrient rich!
  • Is trade qualified (preferred) and has previous experience working as part of a busy commercial kitchen
  • Has some experience developing and costing menu’s,  with the ability to prep and cook as part of a small breakfast and lunch team
  • Is professional, yet knows how to have fun and what’s to be part of a business that cares about what they create
  • Is dedicated to food quality and product control and has outstanding knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Is pro-active and has an innovative approach with a great work ethic.  You are reliable, calm and ultimately love great, healthy food.
  • Is flexible – its hospitality!
