Work and Live in Paradise! Our client operates a 4-star resort located on a beautiful Queensland Island and we are assisting them in their search for a Front Office Manager.

The successful applicant will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the overall running of the Front Office department. Duty Managers, Night Manager and Guest Service Agents report to the Front Office Manager and in turn the Front Office Manager and the team helps turn ordinary holidays into magnificent memories for the islands guests.

We’re looking for applicants who:

  • Have experience as a Front Office Manager (or Assistant) in a mid size hotel or resort
  • Posses outstanding communication skills, are impeccably groomed and have an eye for detail
  • Are customer driven and enjoy exceeding their internal and external customers expectations
  • Have a proven track record in motivating, managing and leading a team
  • Posses excellent computer skills with knowledge of using Opera an advantage
  • Want to live and work on a remote tropical island off the Queensland Coast
