The client operates a high end resort in the Maldives and their current Executive Chef is moving on within the chain. This is a top performing, small and unique, 5 star boutique resort with an excellent reputation. With 5 restaurants, plus in room dining and bars you will have a background in fine dining cuisine with resort/hotel experience an advantage. Reporting to the expat General Manager, you will have the opportunity to use amazing ingredients, bringing food to unimaginable levels.
Australian trained chefs have a great reputation and this clients next Executive Chef needs to be a superstar. This is high end food for high end clientele, so your experience needs to match.
