Chef – Sous or CDP now needed for multi outlet business in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney.  Awesome venue with a variety of outlets that is making customers oh so happy!

Join this mid-sized team and work in this new and amazing open kitchen.  Serving a varied menu with a nod to Mediterranean, Mexican and Middle Eastern cuisine you will want to come to work!

Our ideal applicant has:

  • Trade qualifications and has experience working in a restaurant kitchen. This business has multiple outlets in the one venue so experiences across all styles would be beneficial
  • The ability to work in a busy environment, as part of a team. You will be able to run your section confidently and with flair – it’s an open kitchen!
  • A passion for cooking, food presentation, preparation and cleanliness.  We need you to love what you do!
  • A high level of cleanliness and organisation working to HACCP standards.  You are well presented and have great communication skills.
  • Great communication skills, you have got to get on with people!
  • An innovative approach and works well under pressure, is reliable, punctual and organised.
  • Is flexible – its hospitality after all!
